Patricia Ann Drefchinski, 88, of East Moline, IL, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023, at Park Vista, East Moline. Private funeral services will be held and burial will be in Rock Island National Cemetery.

Pat was born April 25, 1935, in Albert Lea, MN, the daughter of Raymond and Opal Kauzlarich Hogan. She married Anthony Joseph "Joe" Drefchinski June 30, 1952, in Solon, IA. He passed away May 23, 2022. Pat worked for J.C. Penny for nearly 20 years and later worked for Black Hawk Area Special Education Center. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Survivors include children, Joe (Jan) Drefchinski Jr., Tucson, AZ, Patty Zimmer, Le Claire, IA, Jacque Stewart, Moline, and Jody (Dean) Lovell, Coal Valley, IL; grandchildren, Jeff (Tammy) Ball, Stacey Schlaht, Megan Drefchinski, and Brad Lovell; 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Rita, (Keith) Culvert, Naperville, IL, Patrick (Leslie) Hogan, East Moline, Benita (David) Dollislager, New Smyrna, FL, and Michael Hogan, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and daughter, Judy Lewis.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
