Patricia Kotaska, 77, Colona passed away on Friday, June 5, 2015. Funeral services are 11 AM Monday, June 15, 2015 at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Dayton Corners Cemetery, Colona. Visitation is from 10 AM until service time. Memorials may be made to the family or Christ Church of the Quad Cities, Colona. Patricia Johnson was born on November 28, 1937 in Badger, MN, the daughter of Walter and Ella (Hansen) Johnson. She married Gerald Kotaska on August 14, 1954 in Park River, ND. He died March 13, 2003. Patricia was an active member of Christ Church and dearly loved her family. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, canning, baking and hosting family get-togethers. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law Timothy and Janet Kotaska, Moline, grandchildren, Justin (Christine) Kotaska, Alisa Kotaska, Grant Kotaska and Chelsea Baker-Kotaska, a great-grandson Addison, and siblings, Wally Johnson, Angle Inlet, MN, Linda (Galen) Brown, Jamestown, ND and Pam Quinn, Grafton, ND.
