Patricia Ann Ziegler, 72, of East Moline, IL, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at Riverwood Rehab, East Moline. Private services will be held at Rock Island National Cemetery. Pat was born January 20, 1942 in Kewanee, IL, the daughter of August and Louise Anthony. She married John F. Foltz July 29, 1961. He died July 6, 1974. She later married Darwin D. Ziegler in 1976 in East Moline. In her earlier years, Pat had worked at the Rock Island Arsenal. She later worked in retail. She enjoyed gardening and animals. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her daughters, Lynn M. Foltz, Kewanee, and Darcee (Wesley) Scolley, Moline, IL; sons, John P. Foltz, Cypress, CA, Brian (Kelly) Foltz, Milan, IL, and Kyle (Kristina) Ziegler, Silvis, IL; 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, an infant sister, and twin brothers, Raymond and Richard Anthony.
