Patsy S. Hockaday-Kussman, 69, of East Moline, IL, died Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Genesis Silvis, IL. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. There will be no services.

Patsy Hockaday was born October 8, 1952, in Rock Island, IL, the daughter of Henry and Betty (Dennis) Hockaday. She married Billy Joe Ragsdale. Patsy had worked as a cook in various restaurants in the Quad City area. She retired from the Isle of Capri, Bettendorf. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Survivors include her son, Michael Hockaday (fiancee, Brandi Burks) Erie, IL, grandchildren, Chloe, Clay, Jalyn, and Jack Hockaday; great grandchildren, Axel Hockaday and Jackson Burks; siblings,

Janet (James) Barber, Clarence, IA, Frank (Debbie) Hockaday, Moline, Janie Hockaday, Moline, Billy (Sherry) Hockaday, East Moline, Jerry (Teresa) Hockaday, East Moline, Terry (Sherri) Hockaday, Port Byron, Kenneth (Kathy) Hockaday, Port Byron and Tammy (Doug) Montgomery, Granite City, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Billy Ragsdale II; and siblings, Dennis and Henry Hockaday.
