Paul E. Lee, 60, Hillsdale, IL, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at his home. Committal services 10AM Monday at Greenview Mausoleum, East Moline, where the East Moline American Legion Post 227 will conduct Military Honors. Visitation is 3-6 PM Sunday (today) at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. A memorial fund has been established.

Paul was born on September 23, 1953 in Moline, the son of Arnold and Pauline Nordeen Lee. Paul graduated from UTHS. He married Kathleen Casados on June 7, 2002 in Las Vegas, NV. He retired in 2006 from John Deere Parts and Distribution after 30 years. He served in the US Navy. Paul served as a trustee for the UAW local 79, enjoyed fishing and hunting and dearly loved his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Kathleen, children; Joshua (Sarah) Lee, North Carolina, Rebekka (Joe) Griffith, East Moline, Donald (Dolores) Richardson, Coal Valley, Pam (Robert) West, Rock Island, Brian Davis, Moline and Mandy Davis, East Moline, sixteen grandchildren and siblings; Russell (Margaret)Lee, East Moline, Mary (Steve) Leiferman, Hope Dale, IL, LaWanda Fischlein, East Moline, David (Peggy) Lee, Cable, and Brad (Jennifer) Lee, Rock Island.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
