Funeral services for Pearl Pecaut, 89, formerly of Silvis are 1:30 PM Tuesday at St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline. Entombment is in St. Mary's Mausoleum. Visitation is from noon until 1PM Tuesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Pearl died Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at Forest Hill Nursing and Rehab, East Moline. Due to the weather, out of town family will be unable to attend services so a Memorial services will be held in the spring. Pearl Cook was born December 14, 1920 in East Moline, the daughter of Jesse and Annie (Rogula) Cook. She married Everett Pecaut on October 8, 1938 in East Moline. He died in 1986. Pearl had worked as a box maker during WWII and was employed part time for Dr. Pascell DDS. She enjoyed bowling, golf, playing cards and the companionship of her cats. Pearl loved time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her children and spouses; Len and Lynn Pecaut, Scottsdale, AZ, Janice McFatter, East Moline and Carol and Ray Keena, Hallock, MN, 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband and her daughter Jody.
