Penny Lynn Quickle, 65, of East Moline, IL, passed away, Friday, November 18, 2022, at her home.

Penny was born October 9, 1957, in Geneseo, IL, the daughter of Elon and Jacquline (Breecher) Blood. She married John H. Quickle. He passed away June 5, 1985. She enjoyed quilting, knitting, and crocheting. Penny loved spending time with her family and church family.

Survivors include her daughters, Nora S. (Terry) Vance, Moline, IL, Sara L. Quickle, Moline, and Amanda (David) Jensen, Alpha, IL; grandchildren, Racheal Ann and Amber Leigh Aitken-Low; siblings, Pam Schull, International Falls, MN, Dixie (Mark) Hunt, Glenn, MN, and Mickey (Betty) Blood, Little Canada, MN; and sister-in-law, Julie Blood, Moline.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brother, David Blood.

Memorials may be made to the family.

Memorial services will be 3 pm Saturday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
