Percy "Tom" Andress, 94, Silvis, died April 10, 2018 at IRC, Silvis. Funeral services are 2PM Saturday at Van Hoe Funeral Home. Visitation is from 12:30 until service time. Burial in Greenview memorial Gardens, East Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Colona Library. Born March 8, 1924 in Ft. Dodge, IA. Married Madeline Seys in 1945 in Muscatine, IA. Tom was a Truck Driver for 37 ½ years for the Teamsters Local 371. Survivors include his wife, Madeline, children, Marie (Phil) Mumford, CA, Donald Andress, Silvis, Barb (Paul) Johnson, Bettendorf, Gerald Andress, Norfolk, VA and Rita (Jim) Wagner, Chillicothe, IL, ten grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and daughter-in-law Marvella Andress. He was preceded in death by his son Tom.
