Perry L. Talley, 63, of East Moline, passed away Friday May 15, 2020 at Aperion Care, East Moline. According to her wishes, she will be cremated and no services will be held at this time. Memorials may be made to the COPD Foundation. Perry was born December 6, 1956 in Moline, a daughter of Fred and Eleanor (Johnson) Talley.

She graduted from UTHS, and later cosmetology school. She worked at Walmart for 20 years and had been a hairdresser at Carolyns and also at Dianna's. She loved spending time with her family and her cat.

Survivors include her sister, Linda (Gary) Mital of East Moline, nephew, Robert (Karen) Mital of Davenport, grandniece, Hope, and good friends, Rita Mitchum of Moline and Michelle Leidtke of East Moline.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, a nephew, and a niece.
