Memorial services for Randall Abraham Neasi, 79, of Moline, IL, will be 5 PM Thursday, June 16th, at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Visitation will be 3:00 to 5:00pm at the funeral home prior to services. Mr. Neasi passed away peacefully, Sunday, June 5, 2022, at his home. Randy was born January 28, 1943, in New Kensington, PA, the son of James and Jenny (Albert) Neasi. He married Barbara TeBockhorst Clark September 25, 1971, in Glendale, CA. She passed away October 14, 2018. Randy retired from John Deere Harvester, East Moline, after 43 years of dedicated service.
Randy was a devoted husband and father. He took his role as a caregiver for his wife Barb very seriously as she became ill in her later years, and he always made sure his children were provided for. Randy enjoyed golfing, bowling, watching his grandchildren play sports, traveling cross country with his wife and taking long drives while listening to 50's music on the car radio. He also loved to cheer on the Chicago Cubs, Iowa Hawkeyes and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Survivors include his daughters, Julie Ybarra, Gilbert, AZ, Jennifer (Patrick) Cox, Schaumburg, IL, Brycie (Scott) Kochuyt, Rock Island, IL, Cathy (Michael) Stiles, Hot Springs Village, AR; grandchildren, Alexis Stiles, Dalton Wilson, Jordin Wilson, Abigail Cox, Amanda Ybarra, Aedan Cox, Grady Ybarra, Blake Ybarra, and Benjamin Kochuyt; siblings, Dennis (Laine) Neasi, Valencia, CA, Doreen Martin, Bentonville, AR, and Jamie Geist, Murfreesboro, TN.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; and sister, Karen Gianella.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Alternatives for the Older Adults.
Randy donated his body to further science research through the Anatomical Gift Association of Illinois.
