Raymond R. Mason, 87, of Rock Island, IL, died Friday, November 13, 2015, at Rock Island Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Rock Island. Burial will be in Long Grove Cemetery, Long Grove, IA. Ray was born March 4, 1928, in Chicago, IL, the son of Raymond E. and Pauline Spinsby Mason. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Ada Mason; sisters, Shirley Schroeder and Phyllis Derrick.
