Rhonda R. Williams, 60, of East Moline, IL, passed away peacefully Friday, March 4, 2022, at her home. A memorial visitation will be held from 4-7 pm Friday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline.

Rhonda Minteer was born December 31, 1961, in Roseville, IL, the daughter of Ivan and Shirleen (Stuehm) Minteer. She married Thomas (Gy) Williams September 11, 1999, in Scott County, IA.

Rhonda aka "Climber" worked as an insurance adjuster for several years but her main passion in life was her family. She was a devoted mother, wife, grandma and friend who had a pure heart of gold. She never met a stranger and saw only the good in people. She enjoyed sitting on her veranda listening to music with the love of her life and playing with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband; Gy; children, Courtney, Sara & Jim, Mitch & Kali, and Ryan & Chrissy; 8 grandchildren; her mother Shirleen & Robert; her father, Ivan; siblings, Greg & Chris, Mike & Tracey, Scott & Brooke, Todd & Amy and Chad &Tracey: several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Jillian .
