Funeral services for Richard M. Hough, 56, East Moline, are 10 AM Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 356 16th Ave., East Moline. Burial is in Roselawn Memorial Estate, Moline. Visitation is 3-7 PM Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church. Rich died Friday, May 27, 2005 at his home. Rich was born April 12, 1949 in Moline, the son of Gilbert and Wilda (Carey) Hough. He married Sharon (Rollo) VanDyke, May 22, 1998. He had been in the restaurant business most of his life, but will best remembered for Rich's Restaurant in East Moline until 2001, at which time went to work as a delivery driver for Sanitary Dry Cleaners. Rich loved to ride motorcycles and was an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed watching the races and playing cards with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Sharon, stepsons Gene (Shannon) VanDyke, East Moline, and George (Heather) VanDyke, East Moline, grandchildren Drew, Brandon, Joshua, and Autumn VanDyke and Tanner Pfister, aunts and uncles Darlene and Robert Carlson, East Moline and Marlin and Shirley Carey, Houston and Helen Carey, Rock Island, a special friend Jennifer Stringer and numerous cousins.
