Richard Murrison, 75, East Moline, died Friday, October 23, 2015 at Aspen Health and Rehab, Silvis. Graveside services are 11 AM Wednesday at Oakdale Cemetery, Wilton, IA. Visitation is 4-7PM Tuesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Memorials may be made to a charity of choice. Richard was born on June 18, 1940 in Muscatine, IA, the son of James and Edna (Giebelstein) Murrison. He married Karen Miller on September 17, 1965 in Moline. He was an over the road truck driver, last working for Sims. He enjoyed Harley Davidson Motorcycles and loved animals. Survivors include his wife Karen, son Chris of Morrison, daughter Rochel Callear, Geneseo, and grandchildren Dalton, Darian and Kayla. He was preceded in death by his parents and son Richard Lee.
