Richard A. Phillips, 90, of East Moline, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Harmony, Davenport.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service.  Burial will be at Rock Island National Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Northcrest Calvary Baptist Church, Moline.

Richard was born on September 12, 1935, in East Moline, the son of Clarence and Leota (Race) Phillips.  Richard was a handyman and enjoyed collecting coins.

Richard is survived by his children; brother; and good friends, Rev. Ronald Lee Philpot Sr. and his wife, Juanita Philpot.
