Richard "Rick" Roman, 64, of East Moline, IL, died Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at his home. There will be no services. Rick was born September 29, 1954, in Rock Island, IL, the son of Charles and Joan Swain Roman. He worked as an assembler at the former International Harvester Farmall, Rock Island until its closing. He was an avid sports fan who especially liked the Chicago Cubs and Bears. He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. Survivors include his sons, Steve (Britney) Roman, Cedar Rapids, IA, and Ryan (Heather) Roman, Moline, IL; his parents, Moline; siblings, Brenda Roman (Judy Hutchinson), Moline, Joseph (Ruth Ann) Roman, Flower Mound, TX, Diane (Joe) Vallela, Coal Valley, IL, Mary Sue Bennett, Osage, MO, Lisa (Ed) Cunningham, Coal Valley, and Laura (Randy) Damewood, Bettendorf, IA.
