Richard Charles Suhl, 76, Cherry Valley, Arkansas, formerly of Moline, died Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at his home. Graveside services are 11:30AM Saturday, August 25, 2007 at Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial fund has been established. Richard was born March 18, 1931 in Davenport, IA, the son of Lester and Fern (Goth) Suhl. He married Vera Anderson in April 5, 1971. Richard retired as an assembler from the former Montgomery Elevator, Moline. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed taking care of and spending time with his 3 dogs; Amanda, Mike and Tammy. Mr. Suhl belonged to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moline, prior to moving to Arkansas. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Vera, a daughter Kathy Engle, Hampton, IL, sons Carl Anderson, Silvis, IL, and Jim Anderson, Moline, grandchildren; Michael, Jacob, Daniel, Zachary, Lisa, James II, and great grandchildren Keegan, Nicole, and Lucas.
