Funeral services for Robert A Ashcraft, 66, Geneseo, are 10 AM Saturday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Colona. Private interment will be held at a later date. Visitation is 3-7PM Friday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 6PM. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Robert was born June 29, 1941 in White Plains, KY, the son of Delton and Onzell (Garrett) Ashcraft. He married Mary Guerrero on August 10, 1963 at St. Mary's Church, East Moline. Bob retired in 1992 from the receiving department of John Deere Foundry. Survivors include his wife of 43 years Mary, daughter Chris Ashcraft, Moline, son Eric Ashcraft, Moline, a sister Opal Garrison, Huntsville, AL and a granddog Samson. His parents and a sister Geneva Palmer preceded him in death.
