Robert "Bob" Berger, 64, of East Moline, IL, died Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at UnityPoint, Rock Island, IL. There will be no services. Bob was born May 16, 1954, in Moline, IL, the son of William Dale and Marjorie L. Mizer Berger. He was a graduate of Campion Jesuit High School, Prairie du Chien, WI. He married Joyce Pearsall September 1, 1985, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Moline, IL. He had worked as a landscaper. Survivors include his children, Kaitlyn (Ibrahim) Karaca, Austin, TX, and Drew Berger, Indianapolis, IN; siblings, Judy (James) Baker, Moline, Sue Hutton, Moline, Nancy (Michael Clouw) Anderson, Moline, Kathy (Larry) Naert, Las Vegas, NV, brother-in-law, Karl Strauja, Redondo Beach, CA; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Jane Strauja; brother-in-law, Phil Hutton; and nephew, Jamey Anderson. Memorials may be made to the family.
