Funeral services for Robert Dean "Bubba" Bowker, 56, Port Byron, are 10 AM Saturday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, all biker dudes are welcome. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 4-7 PM Friday (Today) at the funeral Home. Bubba died Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at his home. A memorial fund has been established. He was born May 7, 1953 in Moline, the son of Ronnie Dean and Joyce (Woolley) Bowker. Bubba had worked as a Repo-man and as a bouncer. He had been a member of Rock Island ABATE, enjoyed motorcycles and watching movies. Survivors include a daughter Elizabeth of Hampton, sisters; Dorinda (Terry) Campbell, Davenport, and Kim (Lance) Luth, Muscatine, brothers; Herb Bowker of Port Byron, Richard Wildermuth, Fenton, and Tom (Renee) Bowker, Dahinda, IL, sister-in-law Nancy Bowker, Aledo, IL and numerous nieces and nephews. Bubba is preceded in death by a brother Chris, his mother and step-father Joyce and Ralph Wildermuth and his father Ronnie.
