Graveside services for Robert Cooper 71, of IA, formerly of the Quad Cities, will be 9 am Tuesday at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Anyone wishing to attend should be at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, by 8:30 am. Mr. Cooper passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022, in Des Moines, IA.

Robert was born August 16, 1950, in Moline, IL, the son of Lindy and Betty (Whittington) Cooper. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He retired from Consumers Ready Mix.

Survivors include his daughters, Michelle Cooper, Chicago, IL, and Suzanne (Jim) Kerr, Bettendorf, IA; grandchildren, Jaylynn, Kendyll, and Madalynn Kerr; siblings, Bill, Gloria, Ronnie and Linda.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Gary.
