Robert Hook, 52, Port Byron, died Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at his home. Funeral services are 3PM Saturday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation is from 1PM until service time. A memorial fund has been established. Bob was born December 29, 1959 in Clinton, IA, the son of Richard and Sherry Lynn (Hanson) Hook. He married Janalee Allen on May 10, 1993. She died June 10, 2006. Bob was a member of the Teamsters, and had worked as a machinist. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, working on anything with an engine and shooting guns. Survivors include his children, Nathan Terrill, Davenport, Natalie Hook, Cordova and Nolan Hook, Davenport, his mother, Sherry Harrison, Davenport, father Richard Hook, Marion, IA and siblings, Dixie (Randy) Oler, Bettendorf, Cindy (Gary) Jepsen, Miles, IA, and Duane (Traci) Hook, Muscatine, his girlfriend, Debbey Schweska, Silvis, and his extended family Stan and Sue Symons, Port Byron and his brother in spirit, Scott Symons, Rock Island.
