Robert E. Starks was born July 10, 1951, in Monroe, LA, the son of Grover and Josephine Starks. He r etired f rom Sun Chemical.

Earl was a great mechanic who enjoyed working on cars, f ishing, gardening and helping anyone who needed help. He loved his family and friends.
