Funeral services for Roberta G. Fotinakes, 82, Geneseo, are 10:30 AM Wednesday at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, East Moline. Burial is in Rock Island National Cemetery. Visitation is 4-7 PM Tuesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, with a Trisagion (Prayer) Service at 6:30 PM. Mrs. Fotinakes died Sunday, July 31, 2005 at Hammond Henry Hospital, Geneseo. Memorials may be made to the church. Roberta was born October 5, 1922 in Kirkwood, MO. She married Dinny Fotinakes, October 14, 1943 in Kansas City, MO. She was a professional dog breeder specializing in Miniature Schnauzers. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Dinny, daughter and son-in-law Eugenia and Richard Leonhardt, Geneseo, son and daughter-in-law Randall and Sherry Fotinakes, Marietta, GA and grandchildren Ashlee and Jonathan Fotinakes.
