Funeral services for Robin L. Carlson, 44, East Moline, are 10 AM Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Hampton Cemetery. Visitation is 3-6 today (Sunday) at the funeral home. Robin died Friday, May 29, 2009 at her home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established. Robin Herrington was born July 16, 1964 in Moline the daughter of Robert and Joanne (VanRaes) Herrington. She graduated from UTHS class of 1982. Robin married Wayne Carlson on April 27, 1985 in Rock Island. She had worked in customer service most recently at MediaCom. Robin had been a strong supporter of the Race for the Cure. She enjoyed family especially her three dogs: Jester, Oscar and Hope. Survivors include her husband Wayne, a brother and sister-in-law Keith and Susan Herrington of East Moline and their daughter Shyanne and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
