Funeral services for Rodney P. Hutten, 66, of East Moline, IL, will be 10:30AM Friday at St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00PM Thursday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 3:30PM. Mr. Hutten died Sunday February 28. 2010 at his home. Memorials may be made to St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline, where he had been a member. Rodney was born July 19, 1943 in Carbon Cliff, IL, the son of Robert and Leona Cant Hutten. Rodney had worked at Skills Inc., Moline, IL, for 28 years. He had been a member of the Knights of Columbus Leo Council #716, Catholic Order of Foresters St. Anne Court #1985 and the Kiwanis. He enjoyed playing rolle bolle, bowling, fishing, washing cars, and taking bus trips. Most of all, Rodney loved spending time with his family. Survivors include his sister-in-law, Karen Hutten of East Moline; nieces (spouse) Lynn DeWilfond of Granville, IL, Jennifer (Rob) Coombes of Kewanee, IL; nephew (spouse), Kevin (Kim) Hutten of Dayton, OH; great nieces and nephews, Breanna and Tori Hutten, Tyler and Brittany DeWilfond, Rachel, Regan, Jack, and Jacob Coombes; great great niece, Anna Daniel and special friend Kris Vyncke.
