Rose Anne Fenner, 65, of Carbon Cliff, IL, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at her home. Visitation will be 4-7 pm Monday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a Liturgy Service will be held at 6:30pm. Burial will take place at a later date.

Rose Anne was born February 11, 1956, in Rock Island, IL, the daughter of Robert and Marcus (Garcia) Ruiz. She spent a few years in Puerto Rico and was enamored by the beauty of the island. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Survivors include her sons, Timothy (Stacy) Rodriguez, Davenport, IA, Chad Harvey, Bettendorf, IA, and Todd Harvey, Carbon Cliff; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Luis) Padilla, Ariel (Cole) Harris, Izaac and Anthony Harvey; great grandchildren, Issac, Marcos, Javier, and Juliana; siblings, Phil Ruiz, Rock Island, Cindy (Jodi) Sable-Ruiz and Chris (Joe) Hernandez, Fort Meyers, FL

She is preceded in death by her parents.
