Graveside services for Ruth Eileen Anderson, 85, Silvis, are 9 AM Friday at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the Milan No Kill Shelter. Ruth passed away Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Aspen Health and Rehab, Silvis. As per her request, her body has been cremated. Ruth Eileen Mohr was born May 17, 1926 in East Moline, the daughter of Edward and Iola (Hahn) Mohr. She had worked in the meat department at the former Eagle Grocery Store, East Moline. She enjoyed traveling. Survivors include her sister Marian Martell, El Reno, OK and nieces Kathy Harmon, Cheryl (Jim) Haselsteiner, Marsha (Tim) Pointer and nephew Bill (Glenda) Martel. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers Kenneth Mohr and Ronald Mohr.
