Ruth E. Jokisch, 90, of East Moline, IL, died Thursday, February 9, 2012 at her home. Private burial services were held at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Ruth Chance was born January12, 1922 in Albia, IA the daughter of George and Dollie Funk Chance. She married Stephen Toltin in 1938. She later married Ernest Ruby in 1947. She later married James Jokisch in 1967 in East Moline. He died in 2002. She had been a member of St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline. Survivors include her daughters, Sherry Ruby of East Moline, Deborah (Alan) DeLaere of Oro Valley, AZ, and Phyllis Lane, Geneseo, IL; daughter-in-law, Rosemary Chance, Papillon, NE; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
