Funeral services for Ryan C. Linze, 28, of Davenport, IA will be 10 AM Tuesday at St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline, IL. Visitation is 3-8PM Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 6:30 PM. Ryan died Friday, July 21, 2006 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, IA from injuries received from a tragic fall, while trimming a tree. In lieu of flowers and gifts, a memorial fund has been established for his children. Ryan was born May 14, 1978 in Silvis, the son of Gary and Rose (Harrington) Linze. He married Dana Hisle, May 13, 2006 in Rock Island. He worked the past 12 years and currently was a manager of Village Inn on 53rd Street, Moline. Ryan had a great work ethic, and was a Chicago Cub Fan. He was a wonderful father and loved his children deeply. Survivors include: his wife, Dana Linze of Davenport; sons, Zane Micheal, Izeah Gabriel, and Zakari Cain Linze all at home; parents, Rose and Gary Linze, Moline; sisters and brother-in-law, Sarah Linze, Moline, Becky and Michael Grems, Coal Valley; brother and his partner Jason Linze and Gary Mariman, of Rock Island.
