Sally Ann McMullen, 81, of Moline, IL, passed away Monday, January 16, 2023 at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Phoenix, AZ.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 28, 2023 at the Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline, IL. Visitation will be 9:00-11:00 am Saturday at the funeral home.

Sally was born June 13, 1941 in Elgin, Illinois, a daughter of George A. and Mildred E. Brown Bost. She married Larry Gene McMullen December 1, 1961, in East Moline. She was a member of PEO BL, Red Cross, Sunshine Circle of Finley Hospital, Dubuque, IA, and the East Moline VFW Women's Auxiliary. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed shopping, traveling, and knitting hats and scarves, for those in need.

She is survived by her husband, Larry, Moline; children, Allen (Diane) McMullen, Woodstock, GA and Lou Ann (Aziz) Talbi, Davenport, IA; grandchildren, Joshua McMullen and Halima Talbi; siblings Louise Lateer, LaGrange Park, IL, Harold (Shirley) Bost, Colona, IL; sister-in-law, Kathy Bost, Reynold, IL.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Dean Bost and Norman (Joan) Bost; and brother-in-law, John Lateer.
