Sandra Frazier, 77, Hampton, passed away on Friday, March 23, 2018 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf. A celebration of life will be held from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the Village of Rapid City Community Center, 1204 4th Avenue, Rapid City. Private burial is in Hampton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to defray funeral expenses. Sandra Murphy was born May 14, 1940 in Moline, the daughter of Donald and Loretta (Shaffner) Murphy. She married Thomas Frazier on January 11, 1957. She loved her family dearly, especially her grand and great grandkids. Survivors include her husband, Thomas, children, Thomas (Kim) Frazier, Port Byron, Debbie (Kelley) Kerschieter, Rapids City, Penny (Jeff) Crowe, Muscatine, and Sherry (Brad) Richards, Rapids City, grandchildren, Jessica (Joel) Stockwell, Thomas (Rachel) Frazier, Wesley Frazier, Grace Frazier, Keith (Shannon) Kerschieter, Paul Kerschieter, David Kerschieter, Page (Anderson) Althoff, Jonathan Crowe and Tyler (Courtney) Richards, great-grandchildren, Merrick, Rowan, Caisen, Elliana, Evie, Emily, Jase and Kinley, and siblings, Ron (Carol) Murphy, Hampton, Judith Murphy, East Moline and Dan (Sue) Murphy, Port Byron. She was preceded in death by infant son Scott and brothers, Bruce and Mike.
