Visitation will be 4:00-7:00PM Friday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial will be in Durango, Mexico. Severa died Wednesday, February 04, 2009 at Parkview Terrace, East Moline, IL. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Francisca and Juvencio Villalpando of East Moline; son, Luis Arellanes of Burnsville, MN; grandchildren, Cecilla (Alexander) Zuniga of East Moline, Laura Arellanes of Burnsville, Carlos Arellanes of Burnsville, Nancy Arellanes of Burnsville; 3 great grandchildren; brother, Jose Arellanes of Melrose Park, IL. She is preceded in death by her sister Remedios Arellanes.
