Sharon Glassman, 83, of East Moline, IL, died Monday, May 6, 2013 at her home. Sharon Grant was born November 22, 1929 in in Blue Island, IL, the daughter of Raymond and Annie Belle Hamilton Grant. She was raised by her stepmother, Grace (Ferguson) Grant. She married Kenneth "Kenny" Glassman October 7, 1951 in Silvis, IL. He died November 15, 2001. She retired from the former International Harvester Plant, East Moline, in 1978 She is survived by her cousin, Gail Symons, Vancouver, British Columbia; special friends and caretakers, Theresa Reedy and Kim Smith, both of Rock Island from Light House Home Care.
