Sherri Lynn Brooks, 48, Silvis, died Wednesday September 22, 2010 at St. Francis OSF, Peoria. A memorial visitation is 4-6 PM Monday, September 27, at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, with a time of sharing at 6PM. A memorial fund has been established. Sherri Killian was born August 31, 1962 in Moline, the daughter of Carl and Gloanna Pruett Killian. She married Mark Brooks and they had two children. Sherri graduated from UTHS. Sherri was a loving mother. Survivors include her children; Jacob Brooks, East Moline and Jessica Brooks, East Moline, granddaughter Melody Brooks, her mother Gloanna, of Silvis, brothers; Robert Killian of Silvis, Dan Killian of East Moline, sisters; Joanna Beale, Rock Island, Linda Killian, Silvis, Darlene Killian, Rock Island and Carla Gates, New Boston, NH and several nieces and nephews.
