Shirley E. Feyen, 88, Silvis, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Aspen Rehab and Health, Silvis. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Shirley was born July 29, 1927 in Hillsdale, IL, the daughter of Everett and Violet (Dopler) Willis. She married Eugene Van De Walle. She later married James Winchester. They both preceded her in death. Shirley enjoyed watching sports and loved animals. Survivors include her daughters, Linda (Don) DeVore, Moline, and Karen (Dan) Ross, Colona and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Richard Van De Walle.
