Funeral services for Shirley Passini, 85, of Moline, IL, will be 10:00 amTuesday at Christ the King Catholic Church, Moline. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum, East Moline, IL. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 pm Monday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Mrs. Passini died Thursday, December 24, 2015, at Bickford Cottage Assisted Living, Moline. Shirley Termont was born November 5, 1930, in Moline, the daughter of Emil and Emma Bultnyck Termont. She married James Passini June 26, 1948, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, East Moline. He died August 1, 2012. After her children were raised, Shirley went to college and became a travel agent. She worked at local travel agencies for ten years. She had been a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Survivors include her daughter, Dianne (Dan) Leonard, Des Moines, IA; sons, Dennis (Jan) Passini, Coal Valley, IL, Dean Passini, Coal Valley, Douglas (Lynn) Passini, East Moline, Dale (Sherri) Passini, Moline, and David Passini, Swanton, VT; 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; and brother, Charles (Bernice) Termont, Dyersville, IA.
