Sidney L. Bell, 54, East Moline, died Monday, June 27, 2011 at his home. Services are 5PM Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, with visitation 1 hour prior to services. A memorial fund has been established. Sidney was born March 19, 1957 in New Castle, IN, the son of Raymond and Vena (Morrow) Bell Jr. He had worked various manufacturing jobs in the area. Survivors include his parents, East Moline, daughter Amanda Bell, son Alexander Graham Bell, both of Bettendorf, three grandchildren, siblings; Donald Bell, Davenport, Gary Bell, Bettendorf, Vera Kerns, Bettendorf, Tim Bell, East Moline and Neva Francisco, Davenport He was preceded in death by his brother Gerold Bell.
