Stacy Nathaniel Lee Smith, son of Brittany Warden and Stacy Smith, was stillborn, Saturday, May 28, 2005 at Genesis Medical Center-Illini Campus, Silvis. Private family services and committal will be at Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Among survivors are his parents both of East Moline, grandmothers Terri Warden and Lori Green, both of East Moline, great grandparents Marcella and Roland Gross, East Moline and Rosie Green, Chicago, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
