Stephen E. Somers, 68, Moline, died Saturday, April 6, 2013 at his home. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday April 14, 2013 at the East Moline American Legion Post 227 from 2-5 PM. He was born on May 25, 1944 in Moline, the son of Willard and Eva Somers. He owned and operated Hard Times in Moline. When health allowed, he enjoyed boating and riding his motorcycle. Survivors include his friend Joyce Bryant, Moline, daughters, Jeanne Somers, Round Rock, TX, Tracey Somers, Milan and Beverly Somers, Knoxville, TN, several grandchildren and his brother Bill Somers, Cordova.
