Terry was born August 2, 1959 in Dubuque, IA, the son of Robert and Dianne (Spensley) Wickler. Survivors include his mother and stepfather Dianne and Vern Burlison, Galena, and a brother Timothy, East Dubuque. He was preceded in death by his father.
