Theresa A. Spah, 56, of East Moline, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, January 17, 2026, at her residence.  Per her wishes cremation rites will be accorded and no services will be held.  Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Theresa was born on January 15, 1970, the daughter of Anthony and Leilani (Sullivan) Grumadas.  She married Michael Spah on April 10, 2001, in Rock Island.  Theresa enjoyed playing bingo and poker, singing karaoke, and anything else involving socialization.  Most of all she loved spending time with her family and watching movies with her grandchildren.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Michael Spah; mother, Leilani Grumadas; children, Leilania (Donny Lane) Moneymaker, Tyler Grumadas, Taleana (Dillon Elliott) Grumadas, and Mikayla (Karsin Manning) Spah; step daughter, Amanda Puck; grandchildren, Donald, Khloe, Braiden, Kiera, Lilliana, Amelia, Preston, Kingston, and Karter; brother, Walter Grumadas; sister, Tina (Richie) Gant; brothers-in-law, Scott (Kim) Spah and Daniel Spah; best friend and sister, Kelly; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father; brother, Tony Grumadas; and nieces, Taloni and April Grumadas.
