Funeral services for Thomas M. Brems, 68, of East Moline, IL, will be noon Saturday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be 10 am - noon Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. Brems died Monday, November 2, 2015, at Genesis, Silvis, IL. Tom was born December 25, 1946, in Rock Island, IL, the son of Louis T. and Julia Engles Brems. He married Chantel Ford September 17, 1966, in Moline, IL. He worked for Conn's Furniture. He later retired from Bob Erickson Chevrolet, in 1997. He was an avid local Quad City Dirt Track fan. Survivors include his wife, Chantel Brems, East Moline; daughter, Julia Neal, Moline, IL; son, Thomas L. (Michelle) Brems, Moline; grandchildren, Joshua and Jordan Neal, Alexander Brems, and Savanna Lindquist; brother, Michael (Judy) Brems, Rock Island. He was preceded in death by his parents.
