Tiffany M. Arnold-Stephens, 45, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at MercyOne Genesis – Illini, Silvis.

Funeral service will be 10:30 am on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline.  Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Tiffany was born on October 4, 1980, in Silvis, the daughter of Stephen and Cheryl (Butler) Arnold.  She married Richard Stephens on February 28, 2004, in Colona.  She worked as a load planner at P & S Transportation, Moline.  Tiffany enjoyed playing golf, going to hockey games, and Morgan Wallen concerts.  Most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Tiffany is survived by her husband, Richard Stephens; children, Thomas (Makayla) Stephens, Emily Foiles, Chase Stephens, and Autumn Stephens; mother, Cheryl Arnold; grandchildren, Luke and Noah Dugan; sisters, Stephanie Arnold and Samantha Cross; several nieces and nephews; and best friend, Cannon Tighe.  She was preceded in death by her father, Stephen Arnold; maternal grandparents, Dale and Betty Butler; and paternal grandfather, Earl Arnold.
