Timothy L. Tyler, 67, passed Friday morning, April 9 th , 2021 in his home, Port Byron Illinois.

Tim Tyler was born on March 15, 1954 to Milo and Ruby Tyler. He married Sheryll on October 23, 1986 where they settled in Port Byron, Illinois. Tim and Sheryll shared many memories in their 35 years of marriage from raising their 3 children, diving in the ocean, collecting guns to riding his Harley motorcycle. They often could have been found down by the water camping with Ty and Daisy by their side.

A human's life is a collection of stories and it was no surprise that Tim was featured as the hero of most of his tales. Tim always had something to say and with out fail everyone listened when he spoke. Tim was a strong, proud, and good man. He is loved and will be missed by many!  It's Never as Bad As It Seems.  You're Stronger Than You Think You Are.  Trust Me.... Superman

Tim was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his wife Sheryll Tyler, his three children Sheri Ballard, Melissa (Marvin) Hardy and Phillip Hartshorn, his two brothers Edwin Tyler and Mike (Pat) Tyler, his sister Linda McKeown, two Nieces and one nephew, 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and his two beloved pets Ty and Daisy.

A Memorial service is being held from 1-4 pm Sunday April 18 th , 2021 at his Granddaughters home 825 S. Oakwood Ave, Geneseo Illinois. In lieu of flowers, if you would like to donate to the family to help cover expenses, you may contact his granddaughter Jeri directly at 309-592-4504.
