Todd Harvey, 44, of Carbon Cliff, IL, passed away Monday May 4, 2026, at University of Iowa Medical Center, Iowa City, Iowa.

His family plans to have a Celebration of Todd’s Life at a later date. Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Todd was born on January 9, 1982, in Silvis, Illinois.

He enjoyed Comic books and playing video games.

Survivor’s include his son, Jaden Helm; brothers, Tim (Stacy) Rodriguez and Chad Harvey; and several nieces and nephews.

Todd was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Anne (Ruiz) Fenner; and his grandparents.
