Tracy C. Breckling, 55, of Rock Island, IL, passed away Sunday May 26, 2024, at her home in Rock Island.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, IL, with visitation 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to services. Burial will be at Coal Valley Cemetery, Coal Valley, IL.

Tracy was born July 17, 1968, in Villa Park, Illinois, a daughter of Joseph and Dorothy (Watson) McKeown. She married Philip L. Breckling on April 17, 1999, in East Moline, IL.

Tracy had worked at Valley Vending and Skate City, East Moline.

She enjoyed arts & crafts, live music, and dancing. Some of her favorite times were those spent with family and friends making memories. She will be greatly missed by all.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Philip, of Rock Island; sons, Alexander P. Breckling, Muscatine, IA, Rory Newbrough, Tampa Bay, FL, and Tyler J. (Tamera May) Breckling, Moline, IL; daughter, Gaelyn S. (Daniel Oelker) Breckling; grandchildren, Killian L.W. Breckling and Anakin O.M. Eacker; siblings, Terry McKeown, George McKeown, Rory McKeown, Andrew McKeown, Roger McKeown, Dawn Hutchinson, and Amy Jerome; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family.

Tracy was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Peggy Cassidy.
