Valenciana Vasquez , infant daughter of Velezia Alvardo and Marcos Vasquez, was born Wednesday August 20, 2025, and passed away Friday, August 22, 2025, at OSF-St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL.

A Mass of Christian burial will be 9:00 a.m. Saturday, August 30th, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Moline. Interment will be at St. Mary Cemetery, East Moline. A Rosary will be recited 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 29th, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, with visitation following from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to the family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother and father, Velezia and Marcos, of East Moline; maternal grandparents, Vanessa and Juan Alvarado, Moline; paternal grandparents, Guadalupe and Alfredo Vasquez, East Moline; Maternal Great Grandparents, Ruth and Adolfo Mendoza; Moline; paternal great grandparents, Filiberta and Placido Vasquez, Moline; uncles and aunts, Giovanni Alvarado, Moline, Alfredo Vasquez Jr., Marlo Vasquez, and Hailey Vasquez, all of East Moline; numerous cousins and additional family.

Valenciana was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents, Nicolas and Juana Zavala.
