Valerie J. Razo, 44, of Silvis, passed away Wednesday April 26, 2017 at her home. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11:00AM Monday May 1, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Silvis. A time of visitation with the family will be from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at the church on Monday. Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be made to the family. Valerie was born March 13, 1973 in Silvis, a daughter of Robert Neal and Bernarda (Ramos) Lefever. She enjoyed spending time with her family and crafts at Addus HomeCare in Moline. She also enjoyed babysitting her nieces and nephews. Valerie is survived by: one son: Roman Knox of East Moline; siblings: Troy Neal of Silvis, Kristen (Steve) Speaker of Aledo, Robert (Carol) Neal of Hampton, Becky (Lamont Young Sr.) Burwell of East Moline, Tricia (Carlos) Tapia of East Moline, and Tommy Neal of Kewanee; her mother and step-father: Bernie (Dan) Lefever of East Moline, her father: Robert E. Neal Sr. of East Moline; special nephews: Josh and Jordan Neal both of Silvis; Bryce, Steven, and Seth Speaker all of Aledo and also numerous other nieces and nephews.
