Funeral services for Victoria "Vicki" Edmunds, 67, of Orion, IL, will be at 10:00 AM Friday, August 30, 2024, at the Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, IL. The burial will be in Western Township Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 PM Thursday, August 29,2024 at the funeral home. Mrs. Edmunds passed away Thursday, August 22, 2024, at her home, surrounded by family, after a brief battle with cancer.

Vicki Roffman was born October 26, 1956, in Decorah, IA, the daughter of Lyle and Catherine O'Hare Roffman. She was a graduate of United Township High School, Class of 1974. She married Robert "Bob" Edmunds on June 15, 1974, in Rock Island, IL.

Vicki had worked for County Waste Systems and retired from Adrian Carriers.

Vicki loved her yearly family fishing trips to Lake Rathbun, IA, where she liked fishing for catfish. Vicki also enjoyed going on Duey's Booze Cruise occasionally throughout her life and the nightly phone conversations with family. Bob and Vicki celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in June.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Edmunds, Orion; children, Shannon (Bill) Parker, Port Byron, IL, and Michael Edmunds (Michelle McManus), Rock Island, IL; grandchildren, Jacob (Jordan) Edmunds and Thea Brown, with a great-grandchild on the way!; and siblings, Ron (Diane) Roffman, East Moline, IL and Lori (Lyle) Murphy, Galesburg, IL; Some aunts, uncles, cousins from Decorah and Waukon, IA, various nieces and nephews, and Lifelong family friend Peggy.

She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved dogs, Shadow and Cash.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Quad City Animal Welfare Center.
